About Puente

Puente is a bilingual AI assistant that helps Spanish-speaking individuals in the United States navigate everyday systems. Pedro and Paula are AI personas — they are not licensed professionals.

Not professional advice

Puente does not provide legal, medical, financial, immigration, or tax advice. Information provided by the assistant is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at support@puente.app if you suspect unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Puente to:

• Generate harmful, abusive, harassing, or hateful content.
• Engage in illegal activity or facilitate it.
• Attempt to bypass safety measures or reverse-engineer the service.

AI limitations

AI responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. Verify important information independently before acting on it. You use Puente at your own risk.

Intellectual property

Puente owns the Puente brand, the app, and its content. You retain ownership of the inputs and materials you submit. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to provide the service to you.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store under Apple's terms. We do not store your payment information. Manage or cancel subscriptions from your Apple ID settings.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from inside the app.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Puente is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Puente shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above and, when appropriate, notify you inside the app.
